We are a group of people of mixed ages (20-80!) who meet weekly to study a passage in the Bible, discuss it and apply it to our lives.  We finish with a time of prayer (10-15 mins) and generally seek to support each others' pilgrimage within our church (Wakefield Baptist).

We meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm and chat socially before we do an hour's study together.  We sometimes lead the discussions among ourselves, and sometimes our ministers come and lead us.  We usually have drinks and biscuits at the beginning, and an occasional  buffet.  We end at 9.30pm.

We have recently studied the parables of Jesus in Luke and Matthew, the books of Esther and Daniel in the Old Testament and the first 3 chapters of Revelation (the letters to the 7 churches).
